DESCRIPTION:The Fresno Chamber of Commerce will be hosting the 2021 Valley Business Awards on April 14th. This year\, the event will be held virtually\, through a partnership with KSEE 24 and the assistance of Valley PBS. This event serves as a platform to celebrate the best of Fresno through the presentation of several of the Chamber's most prestigious awards.\n\nThe main event will be the presentation of the esteemed Leon S. Peters Award\, which is given based on one's outstanding leadership through devotion of time and talents to better the greater Fresno community. This year's recipient is Thomas G. Richards of the Penstar Group.\n\nAnother highlight of the event will be the recognition of several Fresno-based companies for their established and growing entrepreneurial endeavors.
