DESCRIPTION:The Valley Business Awards Luncheon (VBAL) celebrates the backbone of any community - business leaders and entrepreneurs.  This event showcaes local bujsinesses and provides a discussion forum to keep members and non-members abreast of current events affecting our community.  The fundamental feature of this special luncheon is the celebration of the Leon S. Peters Award Winner for excellence in business and commuinity stewardship\, names after one of Fresno's most generous and benevolent community leaders.\n\n\n\nThe VBAL also serves as the venue to celebrate the Zinkin Awards in Entrepreneurship\, which include the Harold Zinkin award\, the Community Champion award\, the Rising Star award and Student Entrepreneau awards.\n\n\n\n*Cancellation must be made a minimum of seven (7) business days prior to the event in order to receive a refund.  Payment will be required in the event timely cancellation is not received.
