Fotini Alfieris

Fotini is a Development Officer for Community Health System’s Office of Philanthropy, where she advances healthcare initiatives through strategic fundraising and donor engagement.

Previously, she served as Director of Donor Relations at California State University, Fresno, strengthening donor relationships and expanding philanthropic support. She also spent over eight years with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society in multiple management roles, ultimately serving as Director of Central California. In that role, she led successful fundraising efforts for research and expanded services for individuals living with multiple sclerosis.

Fotini holds both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Fresno Pacific University. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and two daughters.

A Louisville, KY native, she earned her BA in English and Economics from Bellarmine University and has called Fresno home since 1997.

Jennifer is an active member of the Fresno community and is involved with the Fresno County Women’s Chamber of Commerce, Fresno Chamber of Commerce, Clovis Chamber of Commerce, Fresno Art Museum, CCSHRM, and more. She was honored with the Tillie Tuschhoff Award in 2022, named the 2025 Most Inspiring Woman-Owned Business by the Fresno County Women’s Chamber of Commerce, and received the Best of Central California Bronze Award for Marketing Firm in 2025.

Outside of work, Jennifer and her husband Hagop enjoy traveling, country music concerts, and spending time with their three dogs.
