Responsibilities
- The Studio Manager works directly with the Franchisee in support of studio operations and profitability
- Provide leadership through assisting with the ongoing development, training, and support of the Sales Team and Coaches
- Responsible for achieving top-tier performance metrics, including but not limited to revenue, inventory, payroll, cost controls and facilities maintenance
- Attend all directed monthly meetings and listen to all Corporate Webinars
- Ensure necessary staffing levels to satisfy studio demand while remaining within the studio budget
- Host weekly staff meetings as well as 1-on-1 monthly meetings with each Sales Associate and Coach
- Plan and promote special events for the studio monthly
- Responsible for ensuring that the facility is clean, maintained and operationally sound
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of Customer Service experience with proven results
- 2-3 years of Sales experience in boutique fitness or related industry
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, with 3+ years of management experience
- Minimum experience operating revenue of $600,000 or higher annual revenue
