Alternatives to Violence Project Workshop

Are you tired of the Violence in our Community? Become A Volunteer And Lets Make Our Community Safe Again. Alternatives to Violence Project" is a program working to reduce violence by teaching about relationships, communication and conflict resolution, by conducting workshops in prisons, jails with adolescents and the community. AVP is a volunteer run, non-profit, international organization. We are not teachers in a classroom, instead, we are volunteers of the community that serve as a team to bringing fun, energy and our own experience. AVP is highly educational, interactive 2 day workshop were participants learn through the process of interaction and engagement. The workshop is priced on a sliding scale of 25.00 to 150.00 with a money back, satisfaction guaranteed. However, NO ONE is turned away for lack of funds. Coffee, snacks and Lunch is provided Below are comments participants have made after taking the workshop: "After taking this workshop I realize I can Change" " I learned not to resort to violence, I can stay calm" "When you bring in the elements of play and laughter it literally tears down walls" " I will be making changes in the way I talk to my family and friends, I will be conscious of my 1st reaction to control things" "Thank you for the work you do" Most participants go on to become Volunteer Facilitators.
