Alternatives to Violence Project" is a program working to reduce violence by teaching about relationships, communication and conflict resolution, by conducting workshops in prisons, jails with adolescents and the community. AVP is a volunteer run, non-profit, international organization. We are not teachers in a classroom, instead, we are volunteers of the community that serve as a team to bringing fun, energy and our own experience. AVP is highly educational, interactive 2 day workshop were participants learn through the process of interaction and engagement. The workshop is priced on a sliding scale of 25.00 to 150.00 with a money back, satisfaction guaranteed. However, NO ONE is turned away for lack of funds.
