The Whole Vine Festival is a weekend-long event -- Saturday, Oct. 19 and Sunday, Oct. 20 -- with fun for the whole family that celebrates the culture and flavor of the San Joaquin Valley’s grape, raisin, and wine industry. At The Whole Vine Festival, you’ll have the chance to taste, learn, and experience everything that makes the San Joaquin Valley so unique – from the sweetest table grapes and raisins to the most complex and nuanced wines. Children will enjoy a petting zoo with pigs, cows, horses, goats, and rabbits. Parents can enjoy the curated live performances, which include unforgettable jazz and rock sets. Valley-favorite food trucks will provide various food options, and adult event-goers can sample vintages from distinguished local winemakers. Along with the already packed lineup of attractions, there will also be over 30 local small vendors selling hand-crafted products honoring the whole vine. This event highlights the beautiful and unique growing region, which produces 25% of the nation’s table food. The Whole Vine Festival is designed to bring awareness to the vines cultivated in the San Joaquin Valley that account for 99% of all grape-based products produced nationally.
