Nick Lutton brings 20+ years of nonprofit leadership in development, advocacy, and community engagement to his role as Development Director at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central California. Appointed by the Governor, he serves on the State Council on Developmental Disabilities (Sequoia region) and the Fresno County IHSS Advisory Committee. Nationally, he contributes to the Pediatrics Editorial Board, providing insight on disability and family needs. A graduate of the Fresno Police Academy, Nick brings a strong public service lens to his work. He previously held leadership roles at Family Voices of California and Exceptional Parents Unlimited, supporting families of children with special healthcare needs. Passionate about youth empowerment and equity, Nick is dedicated to building partnerships that elevate mentorship and amplify underserved voices across Central California.
